The body massage includes the client consultation to give the best tailored treatment for any aches, pains, stress, or underlying health conditions.
Clients should allow 90 minutes for the initial consultation and treatment.
Mairi started training in 2011 and has trained in various massage techniques since then. It allows her to have a variety of methods to treat each client individually. Mairi initially qualified in Holistic Massage and since then have learned Swedish massage, acupressure massage, energy work, no hands massage, myofascial release, facial, head, foot and hot stone massage, Emmet technique, manual lymphatic drainage and seated massage.
